1) Are these chairs durable enough for a Restaurant Setting?

Yes, our Parsons chairs are built for commercial use. The upholstery is easy to maintain, just wipe down with a damp rag when needed. Each chair leg is reinforced with angle brackets and, the entire structure is very solid.

2) How do these chairs feel when sitting?

Our Parsons chair offers a firm seat with good posture. The user will not sink into the seat bottom as in some Parsons chairs. We have made tests with over 1 month of rigorous use. Both the chair structure and chair comfort is maintained.

3) Where do you ship from and how do you ship?

Our Parsons Restaurant chairs are shipped from Philadelphia, Pa. We ship by both Fedex Ground for smaller shipments and by LTL Carrier for larger shipments. Our Chairs are packaged in cartons. There are 2 chairs per carton. And, each pallet can contain up to 16 chairs.
