Return Policy

This return policy applies to domestic continental USA shipments only and excludes all international shipments.

Returns and exchanges are accepted only within 7 calendar days from delivery. Original shipping is non-refundable. All returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Any questions on products delivered must be documented and a picture of the issue must be sent by email to info@visionfurniture.com.

Requesting a return:

You may contact us by phone at 215-695-3300 or by email in order to request a return. All returns must have a valid RMA# issued by Vision Furniture prior to any return.

Defective Products:

If the item is found to be defective, we will refund your original purchase price and shipping charges or exchange the product for a new one. We must receive the item back before we will ship the new product to you or issue any refunds.

Canceled/Refused Shipments:

Orders cannot be canceled after product has already shipped. You may request a return according to the terms above. Refused shipments are subject to a 20% restocking fee, plus original shipping costs as well as return shipping costs back to Vision Furniture.

Non-defective/"Buyer's Remorse":

Products with all original contents/packaging that can be resold as new are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Items returned that cannot be resold as new will be discarded with no refund. Returns missing content are subject to the cost of item replacement plus a 20% restocking fee.

Sending the Item Back:

If you are sending an item back to us, whether it is defective or not, and you must obtain an RMA and the item must be returned back using a traceable method with a valid tracking number. You must also package the items in such a way so that they do not get damaged in transit. Please call us at: 215.695.3300 to discuss packaging. We are not responsible for damage caused by return shipping or items lost in transit.

Clearance "As-Is" Products:

All Final Sale products on Clearance are non-refundable, non-returnable, non-exchangeable and hold no warranty.

Custom/Made to Order Products:

There are no returns, refunds or exchanges on non-defective Custom or Made to Order products.

Sample Products:

Any samples purchased for review at a discounted price are not available for return/exchange/refund.
