Return Policy

Returns and exchanges are accepted only within 7 calendar days from delivery. Original shipping is non-refundable. All returns will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Requesting a return:

You may contact us by phone at 215-695-3300 or by email in order to request a return. All returns must have a valid RMA# issued by Vision Furniture prior to the return.

Defective Products:

If the item is defective, we will refund your original purchase price and shipping charges or exchange the product for a new one. We must receive the item back before we will ship the new product to you.

Canceled/Refused Shipments:

Orders cannot be canceled after product has already shipped. Refused shipments are subject to a 25% restocking fee, plus original shipping costs.

Non-defective/"Buyer's Remorse":

Products with all original contents/packaging that can be resold as new are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Items returned that cannot be resold as new will be discarded with no refund. Returns missing content are subject to the cost of item replacement plus a 25% restocking fee.

Sending the Item Back:

If you are sending an item back to us, whether it is defective or not, you must send it back using a traceable method with a valid tracking number. You must also package the items in such a way so that they do not get damaged in transit. We are not responsible for damage caused by return shipping or items lost in transit.
