What Happens if Chairs are Delivered Damaged?

 

We package our product very well and damages rarely occur. We take pride in our packaging because we know it is an expensive inconvenience for our clients to deal with damaged goods on arrival and we have taken all measures to ensure satisfaction upon delivery.

 

In the event that something is damaged on arrival, we ask that you take a photo of anything that is questionable and send it to us for review. There is a 15 month warranty on all of our Chiavari Chairs from the time of purchase.
